Recommended Setup

• Start with PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond, for coating removal) in clockwise direction ×6 (magnetic).

• Follow with metal bond diamond at 16 grit, MEDIUM bond ×6 (magnetic) for cleanup and surface preparation.

• Keep the sequence simple: PCD removes epoxy fast, metal grinding cleans and flattens the slab.
