Fitment Note

Before ordering, confirm your machine type, pad diameter, drive system, pad holder, required grit sequence, and required quantity.

If you are not sure about compatibility, check Shop by Machine, review adapters and plates, or send your machine brand, model, and pad holder photo through Contact Us.

Polishing Workflow

If the floor still has epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, or coating residue, start with PCD coating removal tools before polishing.

For exposed concrete that still needs slab opening, leveling, or scratch control, use metal bond grinding tools before moving into polishing pads.

If visible metal scratches remain before final polishing, use hybrid pads to refine the scratch pattern.

After the scratch pattern is controlled, continue through the resin grit sequence and finish with higher grits or Buff according to the target gloss.

Shipping

Order processing and delivery time depend on stock status, order quantity, destination country, and shipping method. If you have a project deadline, send your required delivery date before ordering.

FAQ

Q1: What is this 430mm resin polishing pad mainly used for?
It is mainly used for concrete, terrazzo, marble, and granite floor polishing, scratch refinement, surface smoothing, and finish improvement.

Q2: Which grit should I choose?
Choose the grit according to the previous grinding or polishing step. Lower grits are used for stronger refinement, while higher grits and Buff are used for finish improvement.

Q3: Is this pad for coating removal?
No. This is a polishing pad. If the floor still has coating residue, use PCD coating removal tools first.

Q4: What should come before this pad?
For heavy concrete preparation, use metal bond grinding tools. If visible scratches remain before polishing, use hybrid pads.

Q5: Does it fit every floor machine?
No. Fitment depends on machine type, pad diameter, drive system, pad holder, and required pad quantity. Confirm these details before ordering.

Q6: What should I send before ordering?
Send your machine brand and model, pad diameter, current floor condition, previous grit step, target finish, required quantity, and whether the job is concrete, terrazzo, marble, or granite.
