Polishing Workflow

If the floor still has epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, or coating residue, start with PCD coating removal tools before polishing.

For exposed concrete that still needs slab opening, leveling, or scratch control, use metal bond grinding tools before moving into resin polishing pads.

If visible metal scratches remain, use hybrid pads to refine the scratch pattern before final resin polishing.

For final polishing and finish development, continue with the correct grit sequence from resin polishing pads.
