Overview

MONKEY KING resin polishing pads provide individually selectable grit options for compatible NewGrind Rhino floor grinders.

They are used after the metal-grinding and transitional scratches have been sufficiently refined, supporting a controlled progression through the concrete-polishing sequence.

Available Grits

50 / 100 / 200 / 400 / 800 / 1500 / 3000

Each selected option includes one resin polishing pad.

How to Select the Grit

Choose 50, 100 or 200 grit for the earlier resin-polishing stages after the transitional scratch pattern has been controlled.

Choose 400 or 800 grit for progressive surface refinement and development of greater clarity.

Choose 1500 or 3000 grit for later polishing stages where a higher-finish appearance is required.

Final gloss depends on the complete grit sequence, concrete condition, chemical treatment, machine setup and operating process. A fine grit alone does not guarantee a specific gloss level.

Do Not Skip the Transition Stage

Resin pads are not intended to remove deep metal-bond scratches.

If the previous scratch pattern remains visible, return to the appropriate Ceramic or Hybrid Transition Pad before continuing with the resin sequence.

Machine Compatibility

Designed for compatible NewGrind Rhino grinders equipped with a matching hook-and-loop pad holder.

Confirm the holder shape, backing connection and pad profile against the product images before ordering. Compatibility should not be determined by the machine brand alone.

Sold Individually

Each order quantity of “1” includes one resin polishing pad.

The required quantity depends on the number of tool plates and active pad positions on your grinder. Count all active positions before entering the checkout quantity.

Install the same pad type and grit in every active position to maintain balanced contact and a consistent polishing pattern.

Installation

Disconnect the grinder from power before replacing pads.

Clean the hook-and-loop holder, inspect the pad backing, attach the pads evenly and begin operation at the machine’s lowest suitable speed setting.
