Kut-Rite Tooling Fitment Checks Before Ordering

Kut-Rite grinders can use different holder styles, plate setups, pad sizes, and adapter options. Do not choose tools only by the Kut-Rite name or by tool shape.

If the floor still has epoxy, glue, mastic, paint, or coating residue, start by checking whether the machine can run PCD coating removal tools. Confirm holder style, tool direction, and plate setup before ordering.

If the coating has been removed and the slab needs opening, leveling, or scratch control, move to metal bond grinding tools. Choose the bond by concrete hardness, machine weight, and scratch target.

After metal grinding, use hybrid pads to reduce visible scratches before polishing. Use resin polishing pads only after the scratch pattern is controlled.
