Compatible Trapezoid Tool Types

This plate is intended for trapezoid metal-bond grinding tools whose mounting system matches the selected holder configuration.

Compatible grinding applications can include:

How to Use

1. Disconnect the floor grinder from its power supply.

2. Place the machine in a stable tool-changing position according to its operating instructions.

3. Remove the existing holder or drive plate.

4. Inspect the machine-side connection and locking surfaces for wear or damage.

5. Install the 11 inch adapter plate only after confirming the machine interface.

6. Fit three matching trapezoid tools with the same mounting system.

7. Use tools with the same segment height, grit and bond in all three positions.

8. Check that every tool and holder is fully seated and secured.

9. Rotate the plate manually to check clearance before starting the machine.

10. Stop immediately if the plate loosens, a tool moves or the machine produces abnormal vibration or noise.

After coating removal, use suitable metal-bond grinding tools for concrete opening, leveling and scratch control. Continue to the appropriate transition and polishing stages only after the metal-bond scratch pattern has been properly refined.
