Switch off the grinder and disconnect it from the power supply before removing or installing a plate or adapter.

2. Remove the existing plate.

Follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions when removing the original plate or holder.

3. Confirm the required diameter.

Measure and verify whether the machine requires the 180mm or 230mm configuration.

4. Compare the mounting interface.

Check the center drive connection, mounting holes, holder pattern and working direction against the existing setup.

5. Install the selected product.

Install the complete 180mm plate, complete 230mm plate or three T Mode adapter components according to the confirmed machine configuration.

6. Secure the fasteners.

Make sure all bolts, adapters and retaining components are installed and tightened according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions.

7. Check tool seating.

Confirm that every grinding or polishing tool sits evenly and cannot move loosely inside the holders.
