These 2-bolt carbide scraper shoes are designed for selected Lavina grinder systems used in glue, mastic, adhesive residue, and coating stripping from concrete floors. Carbide scraper shoes are used when the job requires scraping or shaving softer residue rather than normal diamond grinding.

Use this tool during floor preparation before regular concrete grinding. It is not a polishing tool and should not be used as a replacement for metal bond grinding shoes.

How to Use

Use these carbide scraper shoes during the glue, mastic, or adhesive stripping stage. Start with a controlled test area and inspect whether the material is being removed cleanly.

After scraping, vacuum and inspect the concrete. If coating residue remains, continue with suitable PCD coating removal tools or scraper tooling. If the floor is ready for grinding, switch to metal bond grinding tools.

If the project continues into polishing, use hybrid pads before final resin polishing pads.
