This MONKEY KING 9 inch / 230mm resin polishing pad holder plate is designed for the Husqvarna PG 540 floor grinder.

The machine-side face uses a three-point keyed mounting layout. The tool-side face has full-width hook-and-loop backing for attaching a compatible 230mm diamond resin polishing pad.

This is a polishing-stage holder plate. It provides the connection between the PG 540 grinding disc and a hook-and-loop-backed resin polishing pad; it is not a grinding diamond or coating-removal tool.

How to Use

1. Disconnect the PG 540 from its power supply.

2. Place the machine in a stable tool-changing position according to the machine instructions.

3. Remove the current tool plate from the grinding disc.

4. Inspect the grinding disc and mounting points for wear or damage.

5. Align the three keyed mounting positions on the 230mm holder plate with the PG 540 grinding disc.

6. Turn and lock the holder plate securely into position.

7. Center a compatible 230mm hook-and-loop-backed resin polishing pad on the holder.

8. Check that the plate and polishing pad are fully attached before starting the machine.

9. Begin with a controlled setup and stop immediately if the plate loosens, the pad separates or abnormal vibration occurs.

Use this holder during the resin-polishing stage. If metal-bond scratches remain visible, complete the required scratch-refinement step before continuing with resin polishing pads.
