The MONKEY KING Snail Lock Adapter is a connection accessory for compatible stone polishing equipment and snail-lock polishing tools.

The machine side is available with an M14 or 5/8"-11 threaded connection, while the tool side uses a twist-lock snail-lock interface. It is offered in 4-inch (100 mm) and 5-inch (125 mm) diameters.

This product is an adapter and support plate. It does not contain diamond abrasive and does not replace the polishing pad or polishing tool.

How to Use

1. Disconnect the machine.

Disconnect the machine from its power supply before installing, removing or inspecting the adapter.

2. Confirm the connection.

Verify that the selected adapter diameter and thread match the machine spindle.

3. Install the adapter.

Install the adapter fully onto the compatible machine spindle.

4. Check the polishing accessory.

Confirm that the polishing accessory has the matching snail-lock connection.

5. Lock the accessory.

Align the mating sections and rotate the accessory into its locked position.

6. Inspect the installation.

Confirm that the accessory is fully seated and cannot move loosely.

7. Check the operating speed.

Operate only within the lowest rated speed specified for the machine, adapter and attached accessory.

8. Change the polishing step.

Stop and disconnect the machine before removing the installed accessory.

9. Install the next tool.

Untwist the installed accessory, remove it and install the next compatible polishing tool.

Always follow the machine and polishing-accessory manufacturers’ operating and safety instructions.
