Cassani Tooling Fitment Checks Before Ordering

Cassani grinders are often used for floor restoration, terrazzo work, stone polishing, and concrete surface refinement. Tool choice should start from the floor material, starting grit, holder style, pad size, and finish target.

If the surface needs opening, flattening, scratch correction, or coating residue cleanup, start with metal bond grinding tools. Choose the bond and grit by floor hardness, machine weight, and the scratch pattern you need to create.

If the floor has epoxy, glue, mastic, paint, or coating residue before grinding, check whether the job needs PCD coating removal tools before moving into normal grinding steps.

After metal grinding, use hybrid pads when the metal scratches are still visible but the floor is not ready for resin. Use resin polishing pads only after the scratch pattern is controlled.

If the Cassani holder style, pad size, backing type, or adapter setup is unclear, check adapters and plates or start from shop by machine.
