Monkey King 250mm 20-Segment Diamond Grinding Disc

The Monkey King 250mm diamond grinding disc is designed for concrete floor grinding, leveling and surface preparation. It features 20 diamond segments with 10mm segment depth.

Choose the grit for your grinding stage and the bond for your concrete condition. Confirm the mounting interface before ordering.

Choose Your Grit

6 grit – Aggressive initial grinding
16 grit – Coarse concrete grinding
30 grit – General concrete surface preparation
60 grit – Intermediate grinding and scratch refinement
120 grit – Finer surface refinement

Select the starting grit according to the floor condition. Remove the previous grinding scratches before progressing to a finer grit.

Choose Your Bond

Soft Bond – Generally selected for hard concrete.

Medium Bond – Generally selected for medium-hardness concrete.

Hard Bond – Generally selected for soft or abrasive concrete.

Match the bond to the concrete condition to help maintain diamond exposure and control tool wear.
