SASE Tooling Fitment Checks Before Ordering

SASE tooling should be selected by quick-change style, holder setup, coating condition, concrete hardness, previous grit, target finish, and job step. Do not choose the tool only by SASE name or product shape.

If the floor still has epoxy, glue, mastic, paint, or coating residue, start with PCD coating removal tools. For SASE coating removal jobs, confirm coating thickness, machine direction, and whether the first pass needs aggressive removal or better scratch control.

If the coating is removed and the slab needs opening, leveling, or scratch control, move to metal bond grinding tools. Choose the segment style and bond by concrete hardness, machine weight, and scratch target.

After metal grinding, use hybrid pads to reduce visible scratches before polishing. Use resin polishing pads only after the scratch pattern is controlled.

If the SASE quick-change holder, plate, pad size, or adapter setup is unclear, check adapters and plates or start from shop by machine. For uncertain fitment, send the SASE model, holder photo, plate photo, floor condition, and current tool photos through contact us before ordering.
