Schwamborn Tooling Fitment Checks Before Ordering

Schwamborn grinders can use different holder styles, plate setups, pad sizes, and adapter options. Do not choose tools only by the Schwamborn name or product shape.

If the floor still has epoxy, glue, mastic, paint, or coating residue, first check whether the machine can run PCD coating removal tools. Confirm holder style, plate setup, and tool direction before ordering.

If the coating is removed and the slab needs opening, leveling, or scratch control, move to metal bond grinding tools. Choose the bond by concrete hardness, machine weight, and scratch target.

After metal grinding, use hybrid pads to reduce visible scratches before polishing. Use resin polishing pads only after the scratch pattern is controlled.
